Chithuen Phendhey Association has been awarded Nu. 22.259 million under the Government of India-Project Tied Assistance to implement a comprehensive intervention program for substance and alcohol use disorders. This grant, formalized at a ceremony hosted by CSOA on October 10th, marks a significant milestone in strengthening partnerships between the Government and Civil Society Organizations for Bhutan's social development.
