In the last one decade, Chithuen Phenday Association (CPA) has had its share of glory. Like other civil society organizations (CSOs) we have worked together with the government and others, striving to contribute in our own little ways towards the realization of His Majesty’s vision for the country. CPA has also gone beyond its domain, innovated and participated in programs of national importance.

On 21st September 2025 marked a profound milestone in our journey of healing and hope. At the sacred grounds of Kelkha Goenpa in Paro, Chithuen Phendhey Association celebrated the successful completion of our 6th Batch Vajrapema Retreat Program.
